Korg stands behind the quality of our instruments and gear; if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in their original packaging and include all accessories, manuals, and registration cards.

Initiate Your Return

Log into your Korg account and navigate to your order history to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Pack Your Equipment

Carefully pack the item in its original shipping box with all original inserts to ensure the electronics are protected during transit.

Affix Shipping Label

Print the provided prepaid shipping label and attach it securely to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

Inspection and Refund

Once our technicians verify the condition of the hardware, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
